I am Litia Toqabale with a lot of passion and enthusiasm and my vision is to “Dream Big”. I started my career when I was 18years old in different specialty wanting to be a School Teacher and thought of something different and big, so graduate as a Business Management Student 2004 in Fiji Institute of Technology. Hilton Fiji was my first Hotel & Resort as I discovered that the founder Congrad Hilton have the same Vision I have and I served for 11years dedicating my career as this was the first Resort in Fiji I found interest on.  I joined as a pre-opening team for Hilton Spa from 2006 as a Spa receptionist and worked my way up slowly until I heard about this Six Senses Brand opening in Fiji 2018. I choose to join this brand as a pre-opening team too because of its natural unique concept of Wellness & Sustainability, as I did my research about this property before I applied, and I knew that this is my right fit of concepts – natural & free!   I love to explore and do things that has a great impact to the community and environment, things that makes balance in life and completes the cycle of life for every living things on earth. My best hobby is to watch NRL Rugby League play and go out hiking when I have time as this keeps me connected to the environment and specially to myself, always reminds me of my Vision to Dream Big.   I have a lovely husband with 4 beautiful kids and I grew up from a very humble dedicated family of 5 siblings where love is taught at home and Fijian lifestyle is very unique as we have “WARM HANDS & WARM HEARTS” they say. If I have to share a quote with you all, my favorite one that I always share with my friends, family, kids and colleagues is “Always Remember who you are and who you represent!!” For all the youths today, there is a brighter future ahead of you if you grab the opportunity and hold it tight, you will be someone one day, taking this role as a Spa & Wellness Manager for a 5start Resort comes with a lot of sacrifices and commitments which you will enjoy once you fulfill your journey.
