Chanapach Khumkhur (Chana), Cluster Wellness Manager, S Hotels and Resorts is a successful spa & Wellness professional with over 18 years’ experience with some of the world’s leading luxury spas including Lèn Be Well – S Hotel and Resorts, Patina Maldives, Fari Islands, CORA CORA Maldives, Asaya Wellness – Rosewood Phuket, Conrad Maldives, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Four Seasons Landaa Giravaru and Anantara Hotels and Resorts. Most recently, Chana was at the helm of the award-winning spa at CROSSROADS Maldives, overseeing spa operations, where she conceived a number of key new concepts for the company, such as Wanna Spa re-branded to Lèn Forest Spa to the new wellness nature approach in Thailand. She also has been part of some of world wellness and spa industry events which are Global Wellness Day – Thailand livestream speaker and World Spa and Wellness Asia. As a Spa Development Manager, she has implementation of the Lèn Be Well concept as part of rebranding of hotels and sourcing new Lèn Be Well Spa opportunities. Also ensuring that the concept is implemented well in all hotels. During her time at CORA CORA Maldives, Chana got to be the top 5 finalist for World Spa & Wellness as Spa Leader of the year 2022. As a leader in the spa industry, she has dedicated years to spa management, and prides herself on creating an employee culture that delivers service standard excellence, providing guests with a welcoming, integrated approach. Her philosophy is to create a comfortable, fun environment and instil confidence in each and every staff member. In her position at Lèn Be Well as a Cluster Wellness Manager for S Hotels and Resorts, Chana oversees the day-to-day operations and the development of Spa and Recreation which includes Santiburi Koh Samui, SAii Koh Samui Choengmon, SAii Laguna Phuket, SAii Phi Phi Island Village and SAii Laguna Maldives. Chana also oversees the partnership with the European brand that are exclusively work with Lèn Be Well Fit – Technogym from Italy. Her abilities span many facets of the spa industry and she credits her daily meditation practice for keeping her in her zen place.
