Loise Machira
Loise Machira is a dedicated legal and wellness professional passionate about driving social change and advancing mental health advocacy across Africa. With over 14 years of experience in the health and wellness space, she holds a WHO Diploma in Mental Health and Human Rights and played a key role in the development of Kenya’s Mental Health Amendment Law (2022). As a Certified Mental Health Advocate, Loise regularly speaks at conferences and on media platforms to challenge stigma and promote inclusive, dignified mental health care. In 2019, she was appointed Kenya’s first Global Wellness Day Ambassador, leading nationwide initiatives that brought the global movement to local communities. Loise is also the founder of Tizi Talks, a wellness and leadership platform offering tailored coaching programs, corporate workshops, and thought leadership content. Through Tizi Talks, she supports leaders and organizations in building healthier, purpose-driven lives and workplaces. Her approach is grounded in client success stories, practical strategies, and ongoing engagement, which have positioned her as a trusted leading voice in the wellness coaching sector.
